Fitting with the conference theme "Victorian Ecosystem of Engineering in Medicine and Biology", the aim of the conference is to showcase the diverse field of biomedical engineering within Victoria, Australia to all students from high school through to postgraduate level. The conference is part of the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBS) International Student Conference (ISC) Series and is open to all students from around the world in a hybrid format.

This is a great opportunity to showcase your work, meet fellow students, academics and industry partners from across Victoria and learn more about the amazing world of biomedical engineering!

Overview

  • Date: Monday 26th September- Wednesday 28th September

  • Cost: Free

  • Who can attend: Anyone interested in biomedical engineering, high school, undergraduate, graduate/masters, and post-graduate/PhD students. The conference will be hosted in a hybrid format.

  • Location: St Vincent's Hospital/RMIT (Day 1), Monash University (Day 2) and the University of Melbourne (Day 3)
